Jim McPhail is a licensed Realtor and an Accredited Buyer Representative, with extensive experience in residential real estate and financing. Craig is a native of Lancaster and a licensed Realtor with extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate. He is committed to getting specific results by putting himself in the shoes of his clients and really focusing on their needs as if they were his own. A father of two, Craig understands how important family is. His great love and respect for his own family gives him special insight into each client's personal needs and interests. He knows that families are relying on him and he prides himself on his ability to come through for people.
Eric, a Lancaster County native, previews all properties. He assists Jim and Craig with marketing strategies for listings; maintains weekly contact with sellers; and acts as a liaison between the seller and cooperative agent, making sure that all final details lead to a smooth, hassle-free settlement.
Cindy has worked with our team for many years. She began as our receptionist and has since moved on to become our Contract Manager. She monitors contract deadlines, orders title insurance, and works closely with all of the real estate agents on the team to make sure the closing of all transactions goes smoothly!
Danielle has been with the team for three years doing various administrative duties and helping wherever needed. She is now the receptionist for the team and handles office calls, creates reports for clients, records showings and feedback for listings, and assists the team's Listing and Contract managers as much as possible.
Home grown in Lancaster County, Suzanne has a great love for Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Suzanne's first career was in cosmetology, and she now has 15 years experience in the real estate profession. Client service has always been very paramount to Suzanne’s professional focus. As receptionist for the team, each call she handles receives individual care. Suzanne and her husband enjoy weekends in the Pennsylvania mountains. Suzanne also likes knitting, reading, current events, and she loves her two furry kids - two mini dachshunds!
